The Form 990 desk

The IRS assigned us an EIN on August 10, 2026. That is not tax-exempt status. Form 990s will live here when they exist. Until then, the only number on this page is the one the IRS wrote.

42-4345022

Employer identification number for GODS GREEN ACRES, assigned August 10, 2026. Getting an EIN does not mean we are tax-exempt. We still owe a Form 1023 (or 1023-EZ) for 501(c)(3) recognition.

What a Form 990 is

IRS Form 990 is the annual information return for tax-exempt organizations. It is not a secret. Anyone may inspect it. It shows revenue, expenses, officers, and — when the law requires — how program money moved.

Which form we file depends on gross receipts: 990-N under $50,000; 990-EZ in the middle band; the long Form 990 when the work is large enough. We will file the one we owe, not the one that looks impressive.

What you will see here, in time

EIN assignment
Posted. 42-4345022, assigned August 10, 2026 to GODS GREEN ACRES. An EIN is not a 501(c)(3) letter.
Determination letter
The IRS page that says we are a 501(c)(3). Posted the week it arrives. Until then, gifts are not tax-deductible.
Annual Form 990 series
Every year after exempt status, the return we file — 990, 990-EZ, or 990-N — with officer names and program totals.
No invented figures
We will not preview a pie chart of money we have not received. The EIN is here because the IRS assigned it.
